How an asado in Buenos Aires works
-
You pick the table
Every asado says who cooks, what is served, the neighbourhood and how many seats are left. The price is per person.
-
You book your seat
You pay online and your seat is confirmed instantly. The exact address is already on the listing.
-
You show up and eat
You arrive on time, sit at a long table with people you have not met, and stay for the conversation after.
