Purpose of the platform
Fuego Social is a marketplace that connects hosts (parrilleros) who organize asados in their homes or private spaces with guests (comensales) who want to attend. The platform handles bookings, payments and communication. The platform does not cook, does not own the venues, and does not act as the food provider.
Hosts' responsibilities
Each host is responsible for complying with local regulations applicable to their activity (food safety, hospitality permits, taxes, insurance). Fuego Social does not certify nor verify these compliance items beyond identity verification.
Tax
Each host is responsible for declaring their own income and complying with the tax obligations applicable in their jurisdiction. The platform invoices its commission separately.
