What every host wants to know before starting
Do I need a license or permits?
You're responsible for your own local regulations. We give you a clear disclaimer for your listing, and standard guest insurance is on our roadmap.
What if someone cancels?
The rules are the same for every asado and nobody picks them: if the guest cancels five days or more before, they get 100% of the event price back; between five days and forty-eight hours, 50%; within the last forty-eight hours, no refund. The commission and the processing fee are not refunded.
How much does Fuego Social keep?
Platform commission on your side and on the guest's side. A small payment processing fee based on country, calculated at checkout and paid by the guest separately. No monthly fee, no listing cost.
What about taxes?
Each host is responsible for their own tax filing. We send you an annual income summary. The platform only invoices its own commission.
Who can be a host?
Anyone with grill experience and a place to host. The product was built around the Argentine asado tradition, but the door is open to any parrillero who knows what they're doing and wants to host people around a long table.
Where can I list?
Spain, the United States, the EU and the UK at launch (wherever Stripe Connect Express accepts accounts). Argentina is coming soon with MercadoPago.
When can I publish?
Now. The platform is open in early access. Real bookings start once we finish integrating payments in the coming weeks; you can have your listing ready today.
