About this asado
Te invito a vivir el asado como experiencia. Lo armamos entero, de la primera achura al último corte: empanadas de entrada, choripán, morcilla, chinchulines, vacío y costilla entera a la leña. Somos 21 en la mesa (20 invitados + yo), nos quedamos un rato largo alrededor del fuego, charlamos, aprendemos juntos y brindamos con vino tinto y postre casero al final.

El asado es parte de nuestra cultura, y yo lo quiero compartir como experiencia, no como un plato. Por eso esto no es venir a comer: es vivir conmigo el proceso entero, desde que prendemos el fuego hasta que brindamos después del postre. Te muestro cómo se hace un buen asado, de qué corte sale cada cosa, cómo manejo la brasa, cómo elijo el momento. Y en el medio charlamos, aprendemos juntos y nos quedamos un rato largo alrededor de la mesa. Si te venís, venís a eso.
