Liability

Role of the platform

Fuego Social acts as an intermediary between hosts and guests. The platform does not provide food services, does not operate venues, and is not responsible for the food, the conditions of the venue, or the conduct of the participants during the asado.

Host's responsibility

Each host is solely responsible for: food safety and hygiene, the condition of their venue, compliance with local regulations (hospitality, food handling, taxes), informing guests of allergens, and behaving lawfully during the event.

Guest's responsibility

Each guest is responsible for: declaring allergies and dietary restrictions before booking, behaving respectfully during the event, and complying with the cancellation policy.

Insurance

The platform does not provide insurance. Hosts are encouraged to obtain civil liability insurance covering the activity. Standard host insurance is on the roadmap.
